FHA and HUD

Not only do many veterans not only take advantage
of the VA Home Loan Guarantee Program to purchase
their homes, but they also use the mortgage services of the
Department of Housing and Urban Development or the
Federal Housing Authority to purchase their homes. The
FHA and HUD both offer low-interest loans to those who
qualify to purchase homes. The FHA and HUD also offer
mortgage insurance for those who are part of the VA
Home Loan Guarantee Program.

and the type of mortgage loan (new or refinance)

The name, address, and phone number of the current lender (if applicable)

The amount of the monthly mortgage payment amount
